Benchmark Print Supply

This is one of many of complaints regarding spam email received from Benchmark Print Supply. The U. S. District Court of Georgia, North District, has established an order that any spam received by ANY Internet user from Benchmark is unlawful. Remedy: $1,000.00 payable to each recipient of the spam. Effective date: On or about March 30, 2000.

The attached unsolicited advertising email apparently entered
the Internet on one of your computers IN VIOLATION OF A
COURT ORDER handed down by the U.S. District Court, Northern 
District Court of Georgia.  According to the news article at
<http://www.theregister.co.uk/000329-000010.html>: "Sam Khuri 
has to pay BiblioTech an undisclosed sum in damages and will 
have to pay $1000 to any individual affected by future spamming activities."

As you can see from the information below, I am an individual
affected by your customer's spamming activities.  This is a third
instance of spamming from your customer, which means I am now 
entitled to receive an additional $1000.00 in accordance with the court
order -- and I am asking for your assistance in collecting the total amount 
due of $3,000.00.  Please reply with the information needed for me (customer 
name and billing address, at a minimum) to collect this court-ordered 
amount.

As stated in the complaint, any spam received from your
customer is a violation of a court order that entitles me to
collect $1,000.00.  In my complaint, I asked for your
assistance in collecting this amount -- at a minimum, by
giving me the correct billing address of your customer.

the amount due to me as a result of the spamming that
originated on your service.

address my concerns, as mentioned in the spam complaint.

    The error message encourages me to send my complaint to

** Sam Khuri / Benchmark Supply is subject to a court order that 
    forbids spamming.  The order was issued in US District Court,
    Northern District of Georgia.
** Violation of the court order by Sam Khuri / Benchmark Supply
    is punishable by $1,000.00 PER INSTANCE to the recipient (me).
** I need your help determining the identify of the person who sent this 
    spam, ensuring it was sent by Sam Khuri / Benchmark Supply.
** I also need your help in obtaining the proper billing address for the
    sender of the spam so I can send the bill, now totaling $3,000.00.

Please assist in compliance with the court order by providing me with
the information requested above, as requested in the original spam
complaint.

The attached unsolicited advertising email apparently entered
the Internet on one of your computers IN VIOLATION OF A
COURT ORDER handed down by the U.S. District Court, Northern 
District Court of Georgia.  According to the news article at
<http://www.theregister.co.uk/000329-000010.html>: "Sam Khuri 
has to pay BiblioTech an undisclosed sum in damages and will 
have to pay $1000 to any individual affected by future spamming activities."

As you can see from the information below, I am an individual
affected by your customer's spamming activities.  This is a third
instance of spamming from your customer, which means I am now 
entitled to receive an additional $1000.00 in accordance with the court
order -- and I am asking for your assistance in collecting the total amount 
due of $3,000.00.  Please reply with the information needed for me (customer 
name and billing address, at a minimum) to collect this court-ordered 
amount.
